Gorgeous new kitchen, fully stocked with glassware, plates, utensils, cookware, all new stainless appliances, Keurig 12-cup coffeemaker. Spacious extended living area with view of boat docks and canal. Brand new queen sleeper sofa! King bed in master bedroom, with all new flooring. Tub/Shower (with grab bar) in remodeled master bathroom. Two twin beds in guest bedroom. Walk-in shower in all new remodeled guest bathroom. Washer and Dryer in the unit. Bath towels, bed linens and beach towels all included. Cable TV, phones and complimentary Wi-Fi. Nearby heated pool, fitness room and clubhouse with Wi-Fi, plus computer and printer. Private tennis court on property as well as rental office open 6 days a week. Short walk over to our Gulf Side location for access to our World-Famous, Award-Winning, Private, Crystal White-Sand Beach! Complimentary use and set-up of beach chairs and umbrellas that are already out on the beach for you, 7 days a week!
