Excellent property. There were a few hiccups at the beginning but were corrected very quickly. Any problem was corrected in a timely manner. Rules were appropriate and easy to follow 10/10 would stay here again. Only negative was property was about an hour from airport and 20-40 minutes from Disney depending on traffic.

Easy check in. Clean beautiful home. We were in the hot tub and pool everyday! Only thing I would add to the home is a vacuum to clean during the stay.

We had a great time. The house is really nice, very clean, It’s in a gated community and the neighborhood is very nice. I would definitely stay there again. Also, the host is very responsive, answers questions almost immediately.

The company was emailing and texting me through out most of the trip with trip details mix ups which caused stress for me while I was at parks trying to figure things out. Should have reached out before I checked in if there was mix ups. They said I owed more then what my recipte said, I had to show them screenshots on what was on vrbo. I was about to pay it all, just so I can enjoy my time with family. The house was not clean. Hair in shower and bath tub when we arrived, dust everywhere on tables, cabinets, placd was not clean.

Great Stay!!

This property was as described. It was very clean and spacious. The only issue I had was a few dishes I had to wash before using them but it wasn’t a big deal. They communicated very promptly. This is a great property to use as your home away from home. The neighborhood is very quiet.

The house overall was nice and met our needs. It’s 30 min from Disney but is also not near much else so it felt farther, also bad traffic in rush hour since it’s more residential, and an hour and 15 min to get there. Not terrible though if planned. The problem here is the management company keeping an eye on cleanliness. The dishes were in the cabinets but visibly dirty, we checked in at 4:30 and the maid was sitting on the porch still waiting for a ride(even though check in was at 4). There was hair on the beds and candy wrappers on the floor upstairs. Also general cleaning has not been done in awhile, like baseboards or the area above the toilet where men have possibly touched while using the restroom -it was discolored with dirt. The sink in the kitchen was broken so only worked with hot water. The pool area needs some cleanup, clogged with leaves and debris around the pool, broken pool toys left in pool. Overall just basic things that could be addressed with proper cleaning after each stay. We contacted management and they offered to send the girl back out but since it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned well for a bit we figured what’s the point. We washed the bedding and used paper plates. Have stayed in many houses in the area and this one is unfortunately not up to the area standards. I’d stay again for a low price but with proper expectations. It was nice to have room to spread out and the house has a nice layout.

Excited to book for next year's vacation!

Wonderful and fun vacation here from Maine. We had everything we needed until we could get to the store for supplies after our long drive. The home was beautiful and more than enough room for my husband, myself and 3 teens. The pool was great. Our kids spent a lot of time relaxing and floating. I loved the soaking tub in the master bedroom. All stores were within a few miles and plenty of choices for places to eat. If there is ANYTHING I would suggest, is the carpets could use a good professional cleaning from people walking on them with their shoes on. Staying here was worth the drive down. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

Love sunshine

The house was wonderful, it is older, but it’s very clean. The only issues we had was the people prior to us left their garbage in the bins and it was very smelly. We paid for a heated pool for 14 days and the first day it wasn’t working so they sent a tech out and it started to warm on the second day. FYI, there is no sunshine on the pool. It’s all at the front of the house. Overall, we had a great experience there!

Vacation

The home was a little dirty we had to do some cleaning. The worst part was when the smoke alarms went off in the middle of the night and we couldn’t get them to stop after many calls to the manager we finally had to call the fire department they came and said that none of the alarms were connected right. Very scary.
