The house was clean and spacious. It meet all my family’s needs. However, the hot water tank is undersized for a house with that many bathrooms.

Absolutely LOVED this place! We visit the Orlando area yearly and this place is by far one of my favorites. The house was clean, roomy, and had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. The pool at the house was clean and the pool heat was working perfectly. The management team was amazing. They were in communication with me throughout my stay to make sure that everything was going smoothly. The check-in process was seamless. Resort pool was top notch! The food and snacks at the pool were very good and reasonably priced. I will definitely book this place again in the future. Highly recommend!

Great Place to Stay

We thought this property was just as described! The kids loved the themed rooms and arcade - house was equipped with literally everything you need for a family! Nice washer and dryer which came in handy! The only thing that could’ve been better would’ve been the pillows, but we thought overall this was five stars, and we would definitely stay there again!

This place was amazing… yes there is community pool right by the house and there is another one on the other end of the gated community not far from the house…. Plus you have your own pool with the house!!! We took advantage of all 3…the house is amazing… clean.. spacious…the kitchen was well stocked … and it’s always a convenience to have a washer and dryer!!! This house was perfect for us… we had friends staying directly across the street so we shared meals and pool time with our grandkids… and we had a spectacular time… someone complained about garbages… but note that garbages get picked up daily … as long as you put it in the bin outside the front door!!! Super easy!! Big benefit.. you are close to Disney… grocery stores… Shopping…you name it! It was a lot of fun for us

Good stay, but we did have a few issues. It was easy to chat with someone about the issues - quick responses, but nothing was ever resolved.. codes were not provided within an hour of check in time like they stated it would be, the couch continually came apart anytime we would sit down, lacking extra sheets for the extra bed, no extra towels or hand towels, & a few issues with cleanliness of the home upon arrival. Overall, it was a great stay & a very spacious home.. just some inconveniences that I wish could’ve been resolved.

Beautiful Location

The area is perfect as well as the amenities on the property. The home could have been cleaned better. The grill was rusty and I wouldn't recommend putting any food on it, so I am glad I didn't pay extra for it. The trash can was tiny for 11 people and we were constantly taking the trash out. The water heater definitely is too small for the home, as we hardly got a hot shower with so many people. Overall the location was perfect!

House was exactly hoe described. The only discrepancy was the hot tub...it indeed was not hot. My other issue surrounded the wifi being out when we checked in. I reached out to the host within an hour of checking in and was advised someone would need to come out to reset the router. I didnt hear anything else from them so i followed back up about 3 hours later, to be told no one would be out that night but would come the next day. I never heard anything else from them. Thankfully the wifi was back up and running the day after as i spent my evening out in the parking lot anytime I needed to make a call.

Great house

This is our third house rental in Orlando, and we thought that this house had the best value. Its location is great. For one, its one stop light and then a straight run to the Disney parks. Second, directly across the street is the heated lazy river, pool and a nice bar.The property manager was on top of everything from start to finish. We had a question, and it was answered asap. The kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of extra pillows in the closet. Everything was very clean. I could go on but let's just say that if we were to go back to Orlando, we would rent this house. For us, it had the best value.

Clean and spacious house in a great area with a ton of amenities

Our oldest son just started with the Disney College Program and we came over from the Panhandle a few days early to help get him settled in his new apartment. This VRBO was probably the cleanest one we have ever stayed in! We loved the area...it felt very safe, had a ton of shopping, restaurants, etc. nearby, and was a convenient drive to Disney and our son's apartment. The house itself was extremely spacious, well-kept, and well-appointed. We didn't get a chance to use the pool/jacuzzi at the house, but the neighborhood pool area was wonderful and there were lots of sidewalks and green space/playgrounds throughout the area. Check-in instructions/door code/Wifi info were clear and texted/emailed in a timely manner. (Just a heads up for anyone booking the home...it is in a gated community, so you will receive a couple emails, one asking for a list of all guests over the age of 16 and another with a link to verify your identity before you check in. I am always a little skeptical when those things aren't sent through the VRBO messaging function, but I can verify that information was communicated with the front gate.) Overall GREAT stay and would absolutely stay here again!

The house was spacious and clean. The pool was great.The host was very responsive to any questions we had throughout the length of our trip. I highly recommend this property for big groups and families. We had a great time.

The house and the location are amazing. It’s a quick trip to most parks and has cute things that the local area offers. Only bumps we had with our stay was getting our front door code late / QR code for the gate late as well. The garbage was also not picked up twice a day. Minor bumps nothing that would ruin the stay. Definitely suggest opting to have the hot tub on, the pool is pretty shady in the afternoon making water a little cold.
