A bow rider or fishing boat will fit comfortably, but larger boats—such as wakeboard boats—will need to tie up alongside the 40-foot dock instead.

Whole place was clean and well organized with all the basic needs in the kitchen, pots pans , silverware, propane grille on the deck with utensils. Dishwasher available for us and full size fridge and freezer stocked with ice The property manager was very communicative and answered all questions promptly regarding the property and check in. Would have liked to check in earlier, but was not afforded that opportunity, but did not affect the property on the whole.If ever I am to be doing another top to Keuka will definitely keep this place in mind!

You’ll have exclusive access to a 100-foot private, west-facing beach that provides cool shade in the morning and breathtaking sunsets each evening. Located on a quiet, one-lane road, it’s the perfect spot for peaceful walks and scenic bike rides.

Non-Emergencies: For general issues, maintenance is available daily from 9 AM – 6 PM and will be addressed the following day if it is after 6pm.

Lawn Care: The lawn may be mowed during your stay. Please remove any lawn games or personal items from the yard to allow the crew to work efficiently.
