About the host
Hosted by Olivia
Hi, I’m Olivia. I grew up on Anna Maria Island in coastal Florida and Bainbridge Island in the evergreen Pacific Northwest—two places where nature always stole the show. That upbringing sparked my love for peaceful, scenic spaces where people can slow down and reconnect.
This mountain home is my personal retreat, and it brings me so much joy to share it with others. Hosting lets me combine my love of design, storytelling, and hospitality. Every guest brings a new chapter, and I’m here to make yours easy, comfortable, and memorable.

Why they chose this property
I love this quieter side of Highlands. It’s peaceful and surrounded by trees, with the sound of a creek outside—but still just 10 minutes from town, where you’ll find art galleries, live music, and great restaurants. Nearby, you can visit waterfalls like Dry Falls and Bridal Veil Falls or hike scenic trails like Bartram and Whiteside Mountain. At night, the air is cool and crisp, and the sky fills with stars. It’s the best of both worlds—private and relaxing, but close to everything.
What makes this property unique
It’s a place where you can wander the peaceful one-acre property, dip your toes in the cool creek, and let the sounds of flowing water and rustling trees melt the stress away. End the evening curled up with a movie or stargazing on the deck. I hope it feels like your own quiet mountain retreat
