Overall, great experience for our family vacation! Lovely cottage with thoughtful additions for family fun like bikes and games. Located on a quiet street and walkable to bay with friendly neighbors. Short drive to much of the Cape. Would come back.

Happiness Indeed
Our family had a great stay! The house has been recently renovated and was very clean. Great location within walking distance to local stores. Neighbors were friendly and the outdoor shower was a big hit!
The house was lovely. Very clean and nicely kept. This was our first time in MA and staying in this location allowed us the opportunity to visit neighboring towns and also visit Boston (about an hour car ride). Contact with the property manager was very easy and we appreciated that.

Perfect Graduation weekend house
I cannot say enough about how perfect this house was for our family to celebrate our son's Mass Maritime graduation. The house was walkable to campus!! Perfection. Not only was the location perfect, but the home is so obviously lovingly cared for. It is thoughtfully furnished, very neat, spotless and offers an amazing layout for family to gather. The indoor outdoor flow was wonderful and the ping pong table was a huge hit. I highly recommend renting Point of Happiness and I will be referring this home to future Mass Maritime grad families. It exceeded our expectations!
It was our first time to Cape Cod. The house is really cute! Loved the colors and the beachy vibe. The beds were very comfy. Quiet neighborhood and we liked the location. We loved all the extras at the house (bikes, sand toys, beach chairs, umbrella, etc). The Canal trail was very close and there were even a few Cranberry League baseball games going on at Mass Maritime Academy. Overall, we had a great time!
