Best rental we have ever stayed at. Great location to pool, extremely clean, and fully equipped kitchen although we never cooked much !

Excellent Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off kudos to Stubbs. They respond and resolve any issues very promptly. This unit is excellent- comfortable beds, kitchen with everything you'd need, nice upgraded furnishings, perfectly clean. The only issue is the location on 2 accounts -- there is no elevator, it is a stairs only access and it is right by the neighborhood tennis court which can be busy hence a bit noisy .

For future guests, this end‑unit condo can also be accessed without stairs using the side garden path that leads directly to the back door, which many guests find convenient. And regarding the nearby courts, the one closest to the unit is used for tennis only, with play ending around dusk.
