This rental house exceeded our expectations!! We had a blast here for my cousin‘s bachelorette, and it could not have been nicer. The amount of space to host people was great, and the outdoor eating situation was even better. The only thing I had a slight issue with was a path to get down to the dock, it was extremely steep and old and not well kept so we had a few falls on the way up and down. But other than that, I had a great experience and I would definitely stay here again with these property managers.
This property was great. I will say the walk down to the water was difficult. We were fine but it is not a place for elderly or someone that can not hike a steep grade. The host was wonderful and very responsive. The internet went down and she stayed in touch with me for over 3 hours and made multiple calls to Spectrum for me. (Ultimately it was a Spectrum issue.) The kitchen is well equipped and the house layout and decor are great. The pool and hot tub were easy to work and ready to use upon arrival. This is a great place for a large group with or without kids. We highly recommend.
House was great, very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. Just a few drawbacks: not enough towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags or all purpose cleaner. Make it easy, not hard, for guests to clean up after themselves.
This property was not usable when we arrived because the advertised air conditioning was not working during approximately 100-degree Texas heat. We booked the lakefront home in April for a three-night stay with eight guests and specifically selected it for its location and amenities. The day before check-in, property management told me that the house was ready for our arrival, with only an issue involving the small pool. No air-conditioning problem was disclosed. After several members of our group flew into Austin and traveled approximately 45 minutes to the property, we arrived about 30 minutes after check-in time and still had no check-in instructions. When I called from the gate to obtain the access code, I was informed for the first time that the home’s air conditioning was not functioning. Management could not provide a timely repair or a comparable nearby replacement. I was even asked to photograph the outside condenser to assist them in contacting repair companies.Because the home had no functioning air conditioning, we could not safely or reasonably stay there. We had to arrange another three-night rental ourselves and pay for additional transportation. Although we received a full refund, discovering upon arrival that this advertised amenity was unavailable made this an unacceptable experience.
Had a wonderful stay for my 40th bday. The property is even more beautiful than the photos.super clean space AC was working fine. Lots of room and space. The lake was perfect in the 100 Texas heat. Took the kayak out at sunset. Lots of space for the kiddos, full kitchen was perfect to make family meals.
