Great apartment in a super location. Very quiet and very clean. Shawn is a super helpful host. He went to great lengths to accommodate us, as we had an elderly family member requiring some special help. Great restaurant recommendations. Next time in Quito, we will definitely book Shawn's home again.

I can't rave enough about this VRBO. Perfect for our group of 5 - so spacious and comfortable. It was very pretty and had absolutely everything we needed. (The washer and dryer was a huge plus!). The owners couldn't have been nicer -- immediately responsive to our questions and provided the best recommendations. Also, the location! I loved the neighborhood

Our group of six adults (three couples) was very pleased with this apartment in central Quito. The location and amenities were perfect for our five-day stay. The location is a 15-20 walk to the Plaza Grande. On the same street as the apartment are several small shops with groceries as well as restaurants and cafes. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Shawn is a very responsive host and had many dining recommendations. Further, he generously offered an early check-in for a member of our group who arrived early. We would gladly stay here again.
