This home has it all! Everything you'll need for a peaceful stay including a fully stocked kitchen, basic soaps, a hot tub out back and fresh fruit to pick and eat in the summer months! Set up your own gaming console in the upstairs gaming loft for the ULTIMATE gaming experience! Done gaming? Go out back and unwind while picking some fresh peaches, apples and grapes!
There is a loft upstairs with a queen bed for guests to sleep on! The couch in the living room and loft area are also available for guests to sleep on if needed.Hot tub is outside as well for guest use. Close to the Entertainment District, Hospital, Shopping and Dining. Super cute and private!

This is a really nice house. Tons of towels, very clean, they even left us the garage door opener and the kitchen was well appointed with everything you could need The Host was Fantastic. Very responsive to questions prior to arrival. It Definitely does NOT sleep 10. It has a master bedroom with a King bed, 2 queen bedrooms & an upstairs loft with a queen bed. The loft bed is Super Squeeky you could hear it every time someone moved. There are 2 couches (one in the loft) but neither is a sleeper sofa. It clearly sleeps 8. We had to send 2 people to a hotel. Adults are not sleeping on a sectional couch.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is AWESOME. We lived in this area for over 36 years. It is close to everything but still feels very private. The neighbors are fantastic as well. All have been in the "hood" for many years and will always offer you a passing wave! Great area for walking dogs.

What makes this property unique

The Property has a gaming room in the loft area for the kids! There is a grape vined Pergola sitting area that is shaded and produces loads of wonderful grapes year round. Edible and delicious. No pesticides ever used. There is a hot tub in the back with a full bar and stools for hosting parties. Great place for a gathering of friends!
