The Association of Apartment Owners of the Waikiki Banyan will be renovating the recreation deck from April 7, 2025 through June 30, 2026. The entire recreation deck will be inaccessible, including the swimming pool, hot tubs, playground, and barbecue grills.

Work hours will be restricted to 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Noise is expected. We apologize for the inconvenience and will make every effort to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
• Parking: Registered guests only, vehicles under 6 ft. $50/week plus $200 pass deposit ($150 refunded if returned); credit card required before arrival.
• Pet Policy: Only ADA service animals are accepted.
• Smoking: Smoking is prohibited. A fine up to $1,000 and possible eviction may apply.
• Unit Assignment: Room views and layouts may vary by reservation. Guests may be required to switch units for stays longer than one night.
• Please note: the recreation deck (pool, spas, BBQs, playground) will be under renovation from April 2025 to June 2026. Work takes place Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm. Please pardon the noise as improvements are made to the property.
