The Ulett Beach House

Breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean! Four bedrooms—sleeps eight comfortably. Family room, dining room, kitchen, and large living room complete with an electric fireplace! If it gets too windy on our coast for you, you and your family can curl up by the fire and laugh, play games or just relax the night away while the fire warms the house and your hearts. There is one king, three queens, and one twin bed.

The view is simply fantastic!!!

Miles of open beaches and clean pacific air. What more could a vacation home offer? How about quiet moonlit nights, all the comforts of home and the gentle rhythm of the Pacific Ocean as it rolls onto the sand virtually below your home!

This was our first stay at Bandon Oregon and the house show cased the beach and rocks. The house was perfect and worked out well for our family. Having the house one level was perfect for our mom. We were able to enjoy seeing the new baby seal pups on the beach, walk the sand path and have beautiful days on the deck. The house was clean and had us all set up for our stay. We will be back in a heart beat

Long weekend in Bandon

What a beautiful location. The expansive view could not be better. Worth the 5 stars just for that. We came for golf and we were such a short drive away. The one in our group who didn’t golf enjoyed beach roaming with the dog. Something for everyone

We had a wonderful "Bros" reunion. Myself and my three brothers living in various areas on the West coast converged on the Ulett house for a one week stay. Everything about the stay was perfect for our function. Wonderful location with a view to die for. We found ourselves spending more time than expected at the house because the view was so special. Close to dining and shopping. TERRIFIC!

Bandon home

This was our third stay at this Bandon home. The view is breathtaking, I can’t get enough of it. We had a couple nights this time with fabulous sunsets but have had equally beautiful sunrises during other stays. The house is very clean and comfortable and has everything we need and I’m so thankful dogs are allowed. My boy had a wonderful time walking trails nearby and the beach. I’m sure we will be back.

Fantastic deck and view!

Wow, I was not expecting the amazing view! We had great weather for Labor Day weekend and spent a lot of time on the simple/perfect deck soaking up sunshine and just fantastic views. The house is a long set of stairs away from the beach and wildlife area (which I personally appreciate for the exercise and distance from tsunami). The house itself is cute and clean, could use some updating here and there but in our opinion nothing else mattered but the fantastic location.

Amazing

We stayed in the Ulett House for one week with six adults and two children. The house and view welcomed us from the moment we walked in and made us feel at home instantly. Everything was super clean and updated, and we loved the Ulett family history that is apparent in the poems and pictures on the wall, the books, and the stained glass window in the living room. We also used the outdoor gas grill, cooking fresh halibut from the nearby fish market, and rode the bicycles to the horse stables. We loved every day at the Ulett House.

Comfortable spot with an awesome view

I stayed at this property with a small group of family to celebrate my mother in laws birthday. We had a great stay. The house was very comfortable and the view was incredible. The swivel chairs in the living room were perfect for watching the ocean with coffee in the morning and turning around to watch a movie after dark. There were plenty of chairs on the patio outside for everyone to be comfortable. The owners were very accommodating to our requests and responsive to questions we had during our stay. We cooked most of our meals at the house and the kitchen was equipped with all the tools we needed. We were pleasantly surprised that there were bikes in the garage and appreciated that there were helmets available too. The smart tv worked well for us to access movies and shows. There were plenty of towels. Everything was clean. The house is close to a trail that winds around the bluff which was great for jogging. It’s a very short walk to the beach. While we did not walk to downtown Bandon, I think would only take half hour or less to do it. Anyway, it was great.

This is our second stay at this home. The host was very accommodating both times we stayed, and even rearranged their plans to make the timing work for us.The view is simply stunning. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen was well stocked and worked for our needs. It was nice to have a BBQ and washer/dryer to use during our stay. We hope to be back soon!
