About the host
Hosted by Ryan Roderick

My name is Amina, and my husband is Ryan. I'm from Bergen County, New Jersey, and my husband is from the Bangor area. I work full time as a designer at IBM, and along with Ryan, I own and operate a coworking space in downtown Camden (Camden-Creative!), and we are building a permaculture farm on six acres about a mile from downtown. Our ultimate goal is to be farmers full-time!
Why they chose this property
We LOVE this neighborhood. Everyone is great here. It's dog-friendly, full of beautiful plants and flowers, and close to everything. There are several delicious home bakeries within a two-minute walk! You are a short walk to downtown, but it feels completely private because of the dead-end street and woods behind it.
What makes this property unique
Traveller cottage is located on a dead-end street in a very private spot. It is in an amazing location, within the downtown village district, but tucked away and surrounded by woods. Watch deer walk through the back yard, listen to songbirds, sit on the deck and enjoy the view of the lit star on top of Mount Battie. A short walk into town, a short walk to Laite Beach or the lighthouse overlook, or even Aldemere Farm and its trails.
The property itself is adorable, with everything you'd need and a gift basket on arrival filled with local goods.
