The carriage house is beautiful and cozy, with a view of the very well maintained garden. Location is perfect; close enough to everything to make it convenient. The only thing that could have made our stay more pleasant: more Winston!

Charming, clean, friendly cat visits the front door. Bed is comfortable. The A/C worked great on a very hot day. It is quiet except on Saturday morning around 9:30 when we were blasted out of bed by very loud rock music in the yard, which played until I finally complained, and then it immediately stopped. In the future, I would ask about the possibility of loud music.

Perfect place for a couple getaway

Location was perfect! Quiet and beautiful property. Our host was very responsive and friendly. The co host Winston( big black cat) always came to see us off while waiting for our rides. We will miss you, Winston!!

We just returned from a ten day stay at this lovely property. It was perfect for my wife and me. It is located in a safe, private neighborhood away from road noise and has on-street parking. Shopping and restaurants are a five minute drive and downtown Denver is less than 20 minutes away. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Everything was seamless from check-in through departure, and communication was prompt and helpful throughout. It’s clear that the Stephanie and her family take great pride in providing an outstanding guest experience for a great value.My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to returning. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a lovely, stress-free place to stay in Denver.
