Spacious no stair walk in two bedroom, two bathroom condo in the gated Pointe Royale Golf Village with its many amenities minutes away from all your favorite Branson area attractions including Silver Dollar City, the theater district, Branson Landing and table Rock Lake.

Amenities available to guests include two outdoor swimming pools, one indoor swimming pool, outdoor hot tub, splash pad for kids, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts as well as two playgrounds, a hiking trail and fishing.

For sleeping arrangements, each bedroom offers a king size bed and the living room sofa folds out into a queen size sleeper.

Master suite offers a spacious bathroom and a walk in shower. Additional full bathroom in the living area with ample space and bath tub.

Step into the living room with to enjoy your favorite TV show or movie on the Smart TV with cable.

Full kitchen with dishwasher and all the dishes and utensils you’ll need to prepare delicious meals for your family and friends. Bar seating as well as spacious dining area.

The location of this property is absolutely beautiful. We spent a lot of time on the enclosed deck enjoying the view of the river and the hills beyond. The place is very nicely furnished. If we did not live so far away, we would schedule another stay.

The condo was very clean and had a great set-up for 2 couples. It was well stocked for cooking.It was really easy to get in and no steps made it easy to move in luggage. We loved the balcony for morning coffee. The view was really nice and you could see the lake.We will be back.

Property and view very nice. Beds very comfortable. Floor above us extremely creaky—you could hear occupants on second floor walking around all the time. Could provide a few more supplies—not a single box of Kleenex or one small bar of soap for showers/tub. No instructions on TVs. But the property was generally very nice.

The condo was absolutely amazing!!! However the people up stairs were so loud. Up & stomping until 1 & 2 am. Them was up by 6am the next morning. My mother has cancer & was looking forwards to a relaxing stay. Due to not being able to control the sounds from up stairs.

My family & I travel for the softball World Series every year & I can say without a doubt that this condo was our favorite.It was bright, clean, & comfortable. I was skeptical about the carpet because my kids have allergies & carpet can trigger them but it was clean & we had zero issues! The furniture & linens all appeared to be new. There was more than enough space for our family of 6. The pictures do not do it justice! The river behind the condo was absolutely beautiful & Pointe Royale was the perfect place to stay! We spent a lot of time at the pool & did Karaoke at the Clubhouse which was a lot of fun. If you’re considering staying here - just do it. Trust me. This is the place to stay.
