Welcome to your perfect lake getaway on beautiful Lake Pleasant! This freshly remodeled 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath lakehouse offers an authentic lakefront experience with breathtaking western-facing sunsets that paint the sky each evening.
The Property
Unlike many lake properties in the area, our home sits on two lots - the beautifully renovated house on one side of the road and a pristine lakefront lot directly across. The lakeside lot features:

Lush, flat grassy area (no steep slopes to navigate!)
Permanent dock with direct lake access
Relaxing hammock for afternoon naps
Firepit for evening s'mores and storytelling

True lakefront access means you're on the main body of water, not tucked away on a channel, giving you the full Lake Pleasant experience.

Our thoughtfully remodeled lakehouse comfortably sleeps 10 guests:

Bedroom 1: Full-over-full bunk bed (sleeps 4)
Bedroom 2: King bed
Bedroom 3: King bed
Living Room: Pull-out sofa bed plus additional couch

The modern kitchen features beautiful quartz countertops and new cabinetry, fully stocked with nearly everything you'll need for preparing meals. The dining area seats 6 (4 chairs provided), with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen peninsula.
The full bathroom showcases a modern shower with glass sliding doors, while a convenient half bath provides additional convenience for guests.

Cute Lakefront Cottage

Our family loved our stay at this beautifully designed, sparkling clean lakefront cottage. The owners are very nice, quick to communicate and left some thoughtful touches upon arrival. We all enjoyed swimming in the lake and sitting out by the water watching the sunset. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen had a great supply of items for cooking meals. Would definitely stay here again when visiting the area!

Relaxing Getaway

The entire property has been completely updated. The beds are comfortable for sleeping and the rooms have plenty of closet and storage space for clothes. The linens and towels there are also plenty available. The outdoor area which is directly on the lake is very nice and you can swim right off of the little beach and Dock area on the property. The property is easily accessible to drive to and from and the lake views especially sunsets are beautiful.

From the moment we arrived, the owner made us feel completely at ease—attentive and clearly committed to making our experience great.The cottage itself was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials, making it easy to settle in and relax. The view of the lake was perfect through the large patio doors or the porch/patio, and the sunsets were absolutely breathtaking!Our kids were entertained—exploring the outdoors, spotting wildlife, and catching fish. They are already asking when we can come back.Great spot to unwind, reconnect, and make memories.

Long weekend getaway with family.

This is a very well appointed modern cottage that was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The little lake was so nice and peaceful that we ended up not trailering the boat over to Lake James for the last day like we had planned, but just stayed here instead. Our family was able to ski and tube basically right in front of the dock. There is also a clean little beach area on the property that my granddaughter spent countless hours on. Jason is very helpful, and answered our questions promptly. He has also has some wonderful neighbors! We had an awesome fun & relaxing stay that we were sad to see come to an end!

Beautiful and pleasant!!

We had a wonderful stay here !! The place is very newly opened up !! It was pristine and bright ! 2 kayaks were used by us there and they also had a canoe ! Spent time with my family there and it was soo beautiful and relaxing! Were able to spend much time in the water and near the water ! We enjoyed the ease of not having to haul and run to the beach when we had a small beach there !! It was definitely a slice of heaven !! Owners were very friendly and answered questions immediately!! The place is stocked with many items to help the stay go smoothly!! Highly recommend!!!They also went out of their way to return and item we were missing and could not find that we left behind ! 20/10!! I cannot say enough good things !!
