Note: We live in a quiet residential area. We kindly ask guests to keep noise to a minimum and respect the neighborhood.

Note: Since the garden is full of vegetation we also occassionally have animal visitors (squirrels, birds, etc.) and you may hear them from time to time. We also have raccoon friends who uses our rooftop to get to places so you may hear their steps from above

Please gather any trash and place it in the right bins. Landfill goes into the kitchen trash can, and recycling goes into the white recycling bin.
Double-check for any personal belongings. Close all windows and the front door. Keypad will lock automatically / you can also press the “lock” button
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No loud music or party on site
Move trash and recycling to designated bins outside the garage every Wednesday evening

We had a lovely stay at Yuki and Richard's home. It's beautifully decorated and has such a relaxing vibe. We walked to dinner one night, and walked to coffee in the morning. Great location with easy parking. I'd definitely stay here again.

My partner and I had a wonderful and cozy stay at the property. The garden is gorgeous and the neighborhood has amazing views of the city. We were able to walk to get groceries and cook a full dinner for ourselves with the well stocked kitchen equipment. The hosts were incredibly accommodating to any needs. Would love to book a stay again!

Yuki was an amazing host!

We stayed at Yuki and Richard's place for a month in July. They were extremely accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed during the duration of our stay. The place was clean and spacious for two people.

We stayed in the cottage five nights and loved it. We picked this VRBO because of the location and easy access to the Castro and bus lines (33 and 37). Being San Francisco there will be stairs and the cottage is in Corona Heights so there will be steep hills.The cottage is elevated at the back of the property with a mature pepper tree outside making it feel like you are in tree house. If the weather permits, take advantage of the patio to have a cup of coffee and enjoy the bird song in the morning. I want to emphasize “house” because it is the original house on the property, maybe 100 years old, and is spacious with no shared walls. The space is light-filled with southern exposure and views of Twin Peaks. It has been recently refreshed and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped and there is work/desk area in the bedroom with a great view. It may not be necessary in a space for two people to have two bathrooms but we found it to be a real luxury during our stay. Yuki and Richard are gracious hosts and they were super responsive to any concerns. I would be happy to stay here again.

We love Corona Heights for how serene and peaceful it is in the middle of the city. We are 10 minutes walking distance to three incredible neighborhoods (Castro, Cole Valley, Ashbury Heights), and many little walkways and hikes. We even love the hills for a free workout :)
