This 2-bedroom house is perfect for your escape to Gainesville. With 2 queen beds and a cozy living room with a sofa bed, this pleasant retreat offers all the comforts you need. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, heating, AC, and a washing machine during your stay. The bathroom features a refreshing shower for guests to unwind after a day of exploring.

The spacious living room has plenty of space for you & your family/friends to relax together with a pull-out queen sofa, loveseat, natural lighting and a RokuTV for you to stream your favorites!

The fully-equipped kitchen has been beautifully upgraded with butcher-block countertops and is ready for anything you'd like to cook up with an oven, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware & refrigerator/freezer combo. The kitchen also has a bright dining space with stoneware, glassware, and utensils for up to 6 people with the two additional chairs from the living room.

Each bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, soft pillows, and fresh, high-density cotton linens for your comfort. The bedrooms also have plenty of storage space the bedside tables, storage benches, and built in closets with wooden hangers.

The bathroom has a spacious, marble tile shower with wall-mounted body-wash, shampoo & conditioner dispensers. There is also plenty of space for toiletries and extra towels/necessities stored in the overhead cabinet.

The house also has fast WiFi which covers all of the rooms, central AC/Heating, easily adjustable window-shades, spacious on-site parking, and a laundry room with a washer & dryer.

This place was a little hidden treasure. We were in town for a football game and it was perfect . Beautiful inside and super clean!
