Beautiful spacious home with high end furnishings that was exceptionally well stocked through out. It accomodated our 4 generation group of 10 adults and 6 young children. We all had privacy and could settle down after a busy day. And we all easily gathered in the main living areas as well. We would definitely like to come back and highly recommend this VRBO.

This property is amazing. Clean, enormous, well stocked. Everything we could have wanted and more. The view from the balcony is fantastic as well. Meeting in the Middle

Gavin’s Point Lakehouse was above and beyond expectations! They really have everything you need and more, from the bigger items to the smallest details. We had family coming from Nebraska and some from South Dakota. It was so great to have such a nice place to call home for the weekend! Highly recommend - great place, great communication, very clean!

Nick and Lydia were the perfect hosts.Their communication was prompt, professional and courteous. They were incredibly accommodating with our requests. They were attentive and listened to our needs to improve our stay. This was greatly appreciated. I facilitated a spiritual retreat with several guests, and this was the perfect place. It offered a lake view, nature, wildlife, hiking and a full moon.Their property is breathtaking and well cared for. It is clean, bright, and spacious. They have thought of little details to offer their guests-most VRBOs don't think of. Thank you! Well done, Nick and Lydia!I give a 5 star review and highly recommend the Gavin's Point Lake House. Top Tier

We had our immediate family reunion at Nick and Lydia's home. What an incredible experience. Four generations under one roof. The property itself is incredible - a priceless view of the river. The home has so much great space and the owners clearly take great pride in the finishes. Wow. The entire process was white glove too. Highly communicative and a joy to work with. And I've never seen a check-in or checkout process that is so seamless. We'll certainly be back. I'm already recommending my friends book here. The best property in the area with incredible hosts. Thank you so much Nick and Lydia!
