Welcome to our stunning 9-room VRBO nestled in the heart of historic downtown! Perfect for families, groups, or weddings, this spacious retreat comfortably sleeps up to 24 guests. This VRBO used to be the hotel for the Riverfront Event Center. A large common space is located on the 2nd level. It's the ideal spot for gathering, relaxing, or enjoying meals together. Plenty of restoration and updating has recently gone into this historic building that was previously operated as a hotel. With spacious accommodations, you and your guests can comfortably spread out. This aprtment features 9 hotel-style bedrooms with their own bathrooms and a large common area with game tables, large TVs, dinner seating and wonderful views of downtown. Please no pets or smoking while visiting.
