Experience the ultimate relaxing family getaway in Bostonian 202, a beautifully renovated, true oceanfront unit just two flights of stairs up. With unobstructed beach views from the balcony, master bedroom, and family room, this gem combines comfort, convenience, and class—just steps from the sand.

Unit Highlights
True Oceanfront Views: Soak in sweeping beach views from the living room, master suite, and private balcony.
Fully Renovated in 2022: This unit was completely gutted and tastefully updated for a fresh, modern coastal feel.

Flexible Booking Options:
Peak Season (June–August): Sunday to Sunday rentals, 7-night minimum.
Off-Season: 3-night minimum (4-night minimum on holiday weekends).

Policies & Important Info
Non-Smoking Unit: No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes—strictly enforced, including on the balcony.
No Pets Allowed: A security camera outside the front door helps monitor occupancy and enforce the no-pet rule.
Security Camera Details: One camera is installed outside at the entry. It may or may not be active during your stay. There are no cameras inside the unit.

Rental Agreement Required: Names and ID copies are required for all guests over 18.
Credit Card Fees: Please note, credit card processing fees are non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Everything was absolutely PERFECT!!!! Great location, super clean, had everything you could need. The coffee/tea bar was also perfect didn’t have to run by the grocery store the first night was able to get up and fix a great cup of coffee and enjoy the sunrise from the back deck. We will definitely stay at one of your properties again!!

This was a fabulous and CLEAN rental that made our stay wonderful!! The views were amazing and it was a very short walking distance to the beautiful beach. So many extras were provided and it was obvious that owners/property managers are very attentive to details! We will definitely be staying here again when returning to this area. I wish our stay could have been longer!

Beautiful home. Clean. Organized. Great picture window view of the beach. We did have a technology issue during our stay but the property owner was quick to resolve, which is all we can ask for! Because things will come up, it’s always a matter of how they handle it. Would definitely recommend this place and will look to stay again.

Very clean, comfortable and had everything and anything you could possibly need. The beach was absolutely lovely and it was so nice to not have to pack all of our beach gear- it was all supplied! We had 3 teens, 1 young adult and 2 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us. Surfside is such a nice area and this beach house was a gem!

Fantastic Rental!

This rental was above and beyond for our family vacation. It is stocked with absolutely everything you could dream of needing while away, all the way down to makeup remover wipes. Joni was fantastic to work with and always replied swiftly through the process. Can’t say enough good things about this property! We will definitely be back.
