Come kick back on porch around the fireplace table, grill & take in the sunset. Upon availability, a detached casita for rent perfect for grandparents, teens or young families.
The space
3 bedrooms
Master bedroom with king bed, smart TV, electric fireplace, two bedside phone, chargers, walk in closet and ceiling fan. Master bath has two vanities, walk-in shower, and separate floating bathtub.
Queen bedroom with ceiling fan, walk-in closet and dresser.
King bed with smart TV, two bedside phone chargers, ceiling fan, walk-in closet.
All rooms have wood shutters to keep the room, cool and dark .
Guest bathroom has tub/shower.

We do have blow up mattresses in King room closet that can sleep 4 total. The 2 couches are quite comfortable as well as we’ve have people sleep on them with bedding and have said how they love them. Lots of blankets in hall closets.

Kitchen is fully stocked with all the things to cook and entertain. Island seating for 3 and dining table seats 6.

Blink cameras set up for outside the front door, porch door and driveway for your protection.

There are two trails outside our house you can walk to. We bring our golden retriever almost everywhere we go. We have walked him the two miles to the downtown courthouse for coffee.
Guest access
All use of the house except we have a lock off owner’s closet it is across from the guest bathroom and no garage access.
Other things to note
We do have a long driveway, you can park many cars. We do have one spot reserved for our detached casita. We rent that separately or can rent as extra space for you if it is available. It is a one bedroom, bathroom. Walk in shower. Frosted garage door with full kitchen and skylights. Has smart tv, electric fireplace, desk work space and a cozy couch area.

There are stairs up to front door or you can access the porch side by walking up a steep drive with a side rail.

We have an enclosed gated off area for dogs by the side of house. There is a door off the kitchen by the fridge to access.

The living room has an electric fireplace and smart tv.

Game bar room has a bar, smart tv and huge sectional. Pool table, shuffle board and darts. Please do not open any of these windows. Lots of games in cupboards by porch door.
