Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, access to a balcony with two chairs, and an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Stairs required.

• Portable crib and stroller provided. A high chair can be rented

• Community amenities such as pools and hot tubs are subject to weather, repairs and availability per the HOA. Orlando does get lightning, hurricanes, hailstorms, wind and a variety of other weather extremes. We cannot guarantee availability with HOA amenities. Please call us if you are concerned if a community amenity is available or under repair.

• Driveway parking for 2 vehicles available.

• An additional Resort Fee of $22.50 per night per unit is due to Regal Palms Resort during check in.

Note: If you made your reservation on or after July 15, your resort fee has already been included in the total. Guests who booked prior to July 15 will still need to pay the resort fee upon arrival.

• Resort Fees provide access to community amenities: fitness center, gate pass and parking permit(s) for guest vehicles.

• There is no street or grass parking. If any vehicles are found, even a tiny bit on either the grass or street, please be aware that security will stop to tag the vehicle. After an hour of being tagged, vehicles in violation will be towed.

• Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles on the driveway
