The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place garbage in trash can located inside outdoor shed. There is a little bar at the bottom of the shed. Lift it to open push down to close. We have wild animals, please secure garbage.
Place used kitchen/hand/bath towels on bathroom floor.
Turn fans/lights out, make sure all appliances are turned off. Close all windows. Turn off AC/Heat. Lock windows/doors. Make sure all outside lights are off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours 11pm-7am
No commercial photography or filming allowed
When possible, please use access road going down the road near restaurant ‘Tre Sazon.’ Thank you!

Little Getaway

This property is fantastic! It has all th ecomforts of home...and then some.From the moment you pull up you can feel that you are welcome. It is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need... Coffee, tea, glasses, cups..The bathroom has luxurious soaps and shampoo and even a hear lamp! The bedroom has a great celing fas and is very comfortable! The sheets and the mattress just lull you to sleep. I hope to get the chance to go back soon.It is definitely a place to check out!!!
