Tucked in quiet Sevierville, this fully furnished and fully stocked retreat features a fenced outdoor space, hot tub, arcade, and most important there are no steep roads and easy access to it all—perfect for families with small kids, pets, and relaxing after a day of adventure! Not into remote cabins? This spot is for you!

* Although the property can sleep up to 8 guests, please be aware that one of the beds is a full-size bunk bed, which may be more suitable for children or smaller adults

*Pets are allowed for an additional non-refundable fee of $75. 2 pets max, no cats.
Please bring your own pet bedding. Pets are not allowed on any furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs. Please pick up after your pet and dispose of waste properly. Bags are provided.

*Given the location within a national park, the presence of insects is normal and may be expected.

Quiet little neighborhood, super convenient to Dollywood. House was super clean, had everything we needed! We especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, the outdoor space was lovely. Would definitely return!

Our stay here could not have been more perfect! We had plenty of room for the 4 of us and our girls LOVED the hot tub. We were so happy to come “home” after a long day of play to a relaxing environment. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe for my pup and kiddos. 10/10!!
