Living space

Step through the private entrance - accessed via keypad self check-in, so you set your own schedule from the moment you arrive - and into a bright, naturally lit apartment with city skyline views through the windows. The living area includes a TV, fast and reliable Wifi, and a dedicated workspace, making it equally suited to guests who are here to explore and those who need to stay connected for work. Air conditioning keeps things comfortable throughout.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Two bedrooms accommodate up to four guests across two beds. Room-darkening shades, clothing storage with closet space, hangers, a safe, and extra pillows and blankets ensure each room is properly set up for rest. Two full bathrooms serve the apartment, giving couples traveling together, a small family, or a group of friends the space and privacy they need.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is stocked for real cooking - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender are all in place, along with wine glasses, a complete set of dishes and silverware, and cooking basics including pots, pans, and salt and pepper. Barbecue utensils are also available. A dining table gives you a proper place to sit down for meals, whether you've cooked something yourself or picked up food from the neighborhood.

 

Bathroom

Both bathrooms come ready with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer - no need to fill your bag with the basics. Bed linens and towels are provided for your arrival.

 

Building amenities

Garibaldi Residence includes shared access to a pool, gym, and sun loungers - whether you want to unwind after a day out or keep up with a regular fitness routine. An elevator serves the building, and parking is well covered with free garage parking on the premises and free street parking available nearby. For longer stays, a laundromat is close by, and cleaning during your stay can be arranged on request. Luggage drop-off is also available for guests with early arrivals or late departures.

 

Family-friendly features

Guests traveling with young children will find the apartment thoughtfully prepared - a crib, pack 'n play/travel crib, window guards, children's books and toys, and children's dinnerware are all on hand.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check-in is done at the lobby. Prior to your arrival, we will send you information with your access code to the door, as it is equipped with an electronic lock. Our staff can welcome you between 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host). Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. *The check-in time for same-day reservations will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car from the airport or you can use the cab service or the Uber platform to get around the city.

To ensure a 5-star stay, please consider the following information: -Dear guest, at the end of your visit, please make sure to leave the access cards inside the apartment, in case of loss or damage, a replacement will be charged. Your help is very important to us, thank you very much! The cleaning fee covers pre- and post-stay cleaning; it does not include any cleaning or laundry services during your stay. The displayed nightly rate is the base price, which includes 1 to 4* guests. For additional guests, there will be an extra cost of approximately $15* USD per person per night. The accommodation has a capacity of 4, as indicated in the listing. Please note that Airbnb does not count children and infants within the capacity, but the condo does. When booking, include the exact number of guests, including adults, children, and infants. -Guests are not allowed. -Pets are not allowed. -Linen changes are not provided during the stay. -Provided amenities are for a single-night stay. -Basic kitchen utensils are tools, not consumables. -The grill is available upon request with 24 hours' notice.
