You can start your day with coffee at the dining table while watching the city stir, or unwind in the evening with the skyline stretching quietly across the horizon. The space provides a calm vantage point above one of Guadalajara’s active districts, inviting you to settle in and take in the rhythm of the city.



Sleeping arrangements

The apartment accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 3 beds, each paired with a bathroom for convenience. Room-darkening shades ensure restful sleep, and essentials like bed linens, towels, and clothing storage help you feel settled from the moment you arrive.

Guests have access to a free parking garage on premises as well as free street parking nearby. The elevator, at least 52 inches deep with a doorway of at least 32 inches wide, ensures smooth access to the apartment.

Our units are equipped with fundamental elements and amenities that will allow you to enjoy your stay, such as towels, linens, appliances and basic kitchen utensils. Cleanliness is guaranteed upon arrival to make you feel as comfortable as at home. The accommodation is designed with a contemporary style creating the perfect environment to relax and enjoy your visit in an environment full of life and history of old Guadalajara.



1. Mandatory garbage disposal:

All garbage must be placed exclusively in the garbage chute (shut) located in the service stairwells.

It is strictly forbidden to leave garbage bags in the aisles.



2. Garbage Disposal Requirements:

Garbage must be contained in garbage bags, preferably double.

Large objects or glass bottles must not be thrown into the garbage chute. These should be deposited directly in the dumpster located in Basement 1.



3. Liability for damage:

Any person causing damage to the trash chute will be responsible for repair costs. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in penalties.



We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining order and cleanliness in our facilities.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Check In is done from the lobby. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the door, since it is an electronic gate.



Staff will be able to receive you from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and to notify your host.



*Check In time for reservations made the same day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

We recommend renting a car from the airport or you can use the cab service or the Uber platform to get around the city.

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



Dear guest, at the end of your visit, please make sure to leave the access cards inside the apartment. Your help is essential for us, thank you very much!



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night is the base price, which integrates from 1 to 5* guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 20* dlls extra per person per night.



-The accommodation has a capacity of __6__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies.
