Designed to accommodate up to 4 guests, the apartment features 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 baths - offering privacy and ease whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or colleagues. Each bedroom includes clothing storage and bedroom essentials to help you settle in comfortably. Two full bathrooms with hot water and bathroom essentials allow mornings and evenings to unfold without interruption.



Living space

Set within an elevator building, this single level home has no stairs inside the unit, creating a seamless layout throughout. A private entrance and self check-in with keypad provide flexibility on arrival. Inside, you can unwind with TV, connect to Wifi, or focus at the dedicated workspace. The city skyline view remains a constant backdrop, shifting in color from bright daytime tones to softly lit evenings.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen gives you the freedom to cook your own meals during your stay. With a dining table positioned for gathering, it’s easy to begin the day with breakfast before heading out or return for a relaxed dinner after discovering the neighborhood. The thoughtful layout supports both quick bites and lingering conversations.

Air conditioning keeps the apartment pleasant year-round. You’ll also find essentials such as bed linens, towels, iron, hangers, and clothing storage to support both short visits and longer stays. Elevator access within the building adds convenience, while the separate street or building entrance enhances your sense of independence.

Located near Colonia Americana, one of Guadalajara’s most vibrant areas, you’re within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, bars, and cultural attractions. The surrounding streets invite spontaneous exploration, and excellent connectivity makes moving around the city simple - whether by public transportation, taxi, Uber, DiDi, or along main avenues leading to other key districts.



If you’re arriving by car, please note there is no parking inside the building, though nearby options are available. Throughout your stay, attentive support is available to help ensure a comfortable and memorable visit to Guadalajara.



About waste management:

All trash must be deposited only in the chute located on the service stairs. It is not permitted to leave bags in hallways or common areas.



Waste must be placed in tightly closed bags, preferably double bags. Bulky items or glass bottles should not be placed in the chute; these should be taken directly to the container located in Basement 1.



Any damage to the chute or related areas may result in repair charges or corresponding penalties.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



There are no parking spaces.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Check In is done from the lobby. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the door, since it is an electronic gate.



Staff will be able to receive you from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and to notify your host.



*Check In time for reservations made the same day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

The location of the lodging brings you close to the points with the most social interaction, such as: Paseo Chapultepec, glorieta Minerva and the Historic Center.



Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car from the airport or you can use the cab service or the Uber platform to get around the city.

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



Dear guest, at the end of your visit, please make sure to leave the access cards inside the apartment. Your help is essential for us, thank you very much!



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night is the base price, which integrates from 1 to 4* guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15* dlls extra per person per night.
