Pool and Beach Chair/Umbrellas are first come - Please close umbrellas and return everything to the pool area (not the water's edge)
Turtle Season is May 1 to Oct. 30. All furniture MUST be placed by pool area no later than 8pm or the City can fine the tenant/owner of the unit $600

Welcome material was clear and helpful. Access was easy. All amenities were as expected. Location was superb, very quiet and peaceful for us as a couple. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, right on the beach.

Location was perfect for the beach access we were looking for. The unit was small with a few minor glitches, but it was clean.The property and pool were well mantained and there were no issues with check-in.

Deceiving listing

There’s good and not so good about this place! First of all, the location is amazing! The unit opens up to the pool area and is steps away from a gorgeous beach! Now, the not so good…. we arrived around 3:30am to find that the unit looked nothing like what the photos on the listing show. If you are seeing a bright white/grey decor and a separate small bedroom, you are seeing the wrong unit. We messaged the owner making sure we were in the correct unit bc the unit we were in was definitely not what we saw in the photos. They did confirm they had used photos from the unit next door and that they were planning on doing the same to this unit but had not done it yet. It’s also a studio with a full size Murphy bed not a one bedroom and no king size Murphy bed as the listing says. Supposedly we were the first to stay in the unit since they’d bought it. I do feel like they should have put the correct photos and the correct description of it being a studio w a full size Murphy bed. All that said, it’s not horrible, just not what you are seeing in the photos. The location made it bearable for us to finish out our wknd stay. The owner said they would work with us to make it right and have not as of yet and it’s been over a week.
