Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place used towels in bathtub/shower
Leave used beds, blankets, pillows out and unmade. We wash everything * If Sofabed was used, please pull up a couch cushion to signal the linens need to be washed:)
Wash any dishes used; Lock up golf cart ; Return all Beach Gear to its spots; Be sure to clean up after pets (if applicable); Please let us know of incidents involving damage or bodily fluids.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All amenities are expected to be cared for and returned in the condition they were found. (Grills, beach gear, baby gear, toys, games, etc..)
Any missing or damaged items will be the responsibility of the guest who booked the stay.

We are Ed and Jen:) We are originally from the Buffalo, NY area. We moved to the Myrtle Beach area to escape the harsh winters and cold.. and I will say it’s like always being on vaca! We love it so much!
We love hosting and entertaining and found a beautiful property with ocean view to do this very thing!
We are new to short term rentals but not to the service industry. We LOVE accommodating and seeing families happy and making memories that bond for life!

Why they chose this property

The Windy Hill Beach area is just perfect. Again, just steps to the beach. Watching others park and head to the beach is so joyful.. because everyone is happy for a beach day!
The area is calm and you feel safe walking to the playground or just around!
Just Across 17 (the main road to get to us) is the famous Barefoot Landing! This area has restaurants, bars, kids activities like ropes, carousel, life size games and playground. There’s shows and entertainment. And it’s just beautiful to walk around!

What makes this property unique

We love our property for #1 the ocean view and its nostalgic cottage vibe. When I first walked in, it brought me back to my own childhood memories with my family. Of course we like to travel and brought in what is important to us like:
Luxury mattress and bedding for a good night sleep, cute decor, everything cozy and family friendly, stocked kitchen, games, bbq, cornhole. And enough places to go in the property so not drive each other crazy lol!
We have installed alarms on each exterior door (that have an on and off feature) for those who experience elopement.
