Issues existing UPON OUR ARRIVAL:1. Garbage disposal in kitchen sink never worked, water would not drain from sink2. Screen door would not close by itself, rod on hydraulic was bent3. Many cobwebs along many baseboards (wife had to go on hands and knees to clean)4. Disappointed with toiletries only for one night when we were staying for 4 nights (especially with no convenient stores around). First Vrbo property that has happened to us. If we were expected to wash our own towels, should have left more detergent5. Hot tub access advertised, but misleading as there was a fee to use it if you were not staying at the resort hotel.6. Need to have a "welcome information sheet" - as most Vrbo properties provide for renters - explaining all of this, and other amenities of the room and property.We did appreciate the bed mattresses and quietness of the condominium.

The garbage disposal required a simple reset, but we understand how this impacted your stay. The screen door has been repaired, and the cobweb issue has been addressed with our housekeeping team. As noted under “More Details” in the listing, we provide a starter set of toiletries, kitchen, and laundry supplies. However, given the limited availability of nearby stores, we are increasing the quantities provided for future guests. We will also update our listing to make the hot tub access fee clearer and move the welcome information sheet to a more visible location. Your feedback helps us improve, and we hope to provide you with an even better experience in the future.
