Cozy 1-bedroom apartment near St. Lawrence U. and SUNY Canton

Enjoy being easy walking distance to St. Lawrence University and main street. The efficiency apartment has a full kitchen and cozy combined bedroom and seating room with a view over the deck and backyard where a BBQ is available. The entrance from the deck is private and separate from the main house where I live with two quiet dogs on a friendly street.

The apartment is 20 m walking/5 m driving to SUNY Canton and 15 m driving to Potsdam. There are also trails and two golf courses nearby.

This is a great little rental for anyone but especially SLU parents/students/affiliates. We loved it. The host is a charming professor. Highly recommend.
