Surpassed my expectations! Fantastic beach location and everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. In particular, I really appreciate that there were fans in both sleeping areas and blackout curtains in the living room. Will definitely stay here again!

The place was as advertised. Was very neat and clean. Wifi worked and we had no issues. Close to the beach and the location relative to the rest of the Ocean Sands complex was perfect. The people staying at the sands were all very friendly and met a few new friends. We have been before and we will be back. Great place to stay. Highly recommend. I gave all 5's except for 2 4's. On communication with host, other than the email explaining the ck in an out policies, wifi, and key codes, we did not hear from the hosts. Was not expected, but when we ckd out with a text, we never got a response indicating they received the text. And the other was price. It is a nice, clean place, however price was upper end for the size in comparison to similar places.

Easy, Clean, Convenient!

Perfect location just steps from the beach. Owner’s are very fast to communicate and were very welcoming. Great unit for those on the go and wanting convenience!

Beautiful studio condo, perfect location, amazing ocean views, private beach. Bed was very comfortable, good pillows. Best part was the ceiling fan above the bed!!Great communication. Easy check in/out.100% recommend and will definitely return.
