This property was a great location for us near family in Peoria as well as Peoria Sports Complex and P83 entertainment district. The host was very responsive throughout our stay through the VRBO app, and check-in/out was a breeze. As noted in other reviews there were a few glitches: hot water heater appeared offline when we arrived, but was fixed immediately upon notice to host; the small rear yard was very weedy, but not a deal-breaker for us; some had mentioned that the beds were uncomfortable but we found ours to be very nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Host was welcoming. We could not operate tv’s in 2 bedrooms as remotes were missing and/or would not connect to the TV. The beds could have been more comfortable. Squeeky bed frames and mattresses had no support. Otherwise, it was clean and well appointed.

The stay was amazing, the only thing we’d say is the main bedroom hot water wasn’t working for the shower and sink, and the WiFi wasn’t working very well. We brought our gaming system, & we couldn’t really enjoy it because of the WiFi. But overall , it was a good experience.
