The condo was nice but there was no paper towels napkins or dish soap, or tide tabs to do laundry. usually that’s a staple for a vrbo.One shower did not work properly. There was a lot of garbage on the beach outside the gate and the pool was dirty and the other one closed for renovations - kinda noisy. The WiFi was non Existing and honestly for what I paid it should be standard. Our property manager was helpful for activities and rentals.

The condo was beautiful with great amenities. The property owners and on-site manager were amazingly helpful. The two private pools for the villas as well as beach access and views from the property make this a great rental!

Another great vacation

Second visit to Barriles and love it even more. You can’t beat the views from this unit. From the amazing sunrise to sunset, it never disappoints. Pedro was great. This guy does it all!

Our family of 6 rented the suite for my husband’s retirement. We’ve been to Cabo but this was our first trip to Los Barilles. The view when we walked in was absolutely stunning! The expansive deck & view were the highlight of our stay, especially with the sliders fully open - an extension of the living space. We loved watching the kite boarders & yachts & saw schools of fish, manta rays & whales. The deck gets morning sun & afternoon shade - perfect for the beautiful sunrises and escaping afternoon heat. The 3 bedroom/3 full bath setup was perfect for us. Comfortable beds (altho a bit shorter than our 6’ guys were used to) & lots of pillows/extra blankets. The air conditioner worked perfectly. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed & we used the washer/dryer every day. Recommend shopping at Costco or other huge supermarkets in Cabo if you can before arriving as there aren’t comparable grocery stores in LB. We picked up paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent & other necessities as the suite is stocked with them but not enough to last our group a week. Only a few ice trays so also get big bags of ice. We like to cook and highly recommend buying disposable plates, utensils, and cups. The dishwasher is not what we’re used to stateside & we resorted to handwashing dishes & using disposables. Some furnishings could be updated & maintenance improved (slow drain shower, broken lightbulbs). Very responsive owner & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Everything about the condo was to and beyond expectation.

Very spacious and well equipped condo. Huge balcony with spectacular views especially sunrise. Well equipped large kitchen. Comfortable bedrooms with their own baths. Great location with easy access by elevators. Also conveniently attached to a hotel and restaurant. Very good pool area with good gardens and furniture. The caretaker was easily available and very knowledgeable for the local area. Loved los Barriles especially our stay at this luxurious condo.

Beautiful views and beautiful presidential condo!

This place is very accurately advertised. Lots of room for our 6 member family,big deck and the views are outstanding. We loved the 4th level as it was quiet and not right next to the pool area. Huge kitchen and area for relaxing. TVs in every room. Morning sun, so the heat from the afternoon sun is behind the condo So close to everything you need, walking distance. Pedro the property manager is very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint is the AC kept the room too cold and we couldn't get the temp above 66 it was very cold. We shut it off in one of the bedrooms. Would definitely recommend this rental for families. We have traveled to Los Barriles since 1997, this is such a nice place.would come again. Vickie

Great location, spacious living and fantastic views

This condo is amazingly beautiful. The condo is spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The view was to die for! Owner was super helpful and flexible with our dates and was quick to text when prompted. Great location on the gym and near center of town. Gate guarded complex made us feel safe and kept us relaxed. Neighbors are friendly and helpful too!

Wonderful Vacation

We absolutely loved the location of this condo. Gated area where we quickly recognized by the people who greet you daily as well as the Onsight property manager. The condo is spacious and has an exceptional view of the ocean and the surrounding mountains! The outdoor veranda is spacious and we enjoyed having our morning coffee each morning with the spectacular view! We slept with the slider doors open and had the fresh ocean breeze and the sounds of the ocean waves each day! We already miss LB! We are pickleball players so made the easy daily drive to Tres Palapas to play each day and many times twice a day. The grocery stores and restaurants are all within walking distance! A car is not really a requirement in this small town. Plenty of ATV's to rent or bikes (even ebikes). We will be back for sure!

This is our second time at this location. We were on the first floor last time and this time we were on the 4th floor. It's a great location for kiteboarding. We walk a few hundred yards up the beach to launch in front of Vela. Beautiful condo in all aspects. Good restaurant right downstairs next door.

Easy Breezy

Another great stay in Los Barilles! From start to finish Chris made our VRBO stay a breeze! Beautifully appointed condo with a front row view of the incredible sunrises/sunsets over the ocean. We had zero issues during our stay & Pedro even made sure to check in with us periodically to ensure everything was going smoothly. One of our favorite spots - this condo is on the beach, has 2 private pools and is walkable to town, restaurants, grocery, etc. Makes for a truly hassle free getaway - we’ll certainly be back!!

The Connors' family reside in Scottsdale AZ, though originally from Michigan. We found we missed access to water and were introduced to Los Barriles in 2006. We vacationed there and fell in love. The town is so quaint, the people so friendly and the Sea of Cortez is breathtaking. It's a wonderful place to get away from it all.
We have attempted to make our villa the same as our home, with all the comforts. I enjoy cooking so I have all the "tools" to accomplish that task. ( High end pots and pans, AirFryer, InstaPot/Slow cooker, storage containers, and a plethora of utensils.)

Our luxurious and spacious presidential condominium is ideal for families or a group seeking shared accommodations while still enjoying the privacy of separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The condo features two master bedroom suites plus a third bedroom each with a private bath. (Sleeps 10).

What makes this property unique

Our Villa has unobstructed views of the Sea of Cortez. We watch the fishing boats come in, the dolphin frolic, the sea rays jump while they are feeding and the whales spout, all from the privacy of our large balcony. The balcony has a high top table which seats 4, a dining table with 4 chairs as well as 2 lounge chairs.

We are walking distance to the 24 courts at Palmas Pickleball Resort and Academy. Relax and enjoy the sights, sounds and smells of the Sea of Cortez, or grab your paddle and play Pickleball.

Fishing on the Sea of Cortez is legendary, there are many options. Fish from shore, board a panga, or a cabin cruiser. Prepare your catch on the community gas grill or take it to one of many restaurants in town that will prepare it for you while you sip a margarita or a glass of wine.
