Spend your days beach-side at our lovely Seychelles condo. Relax on the worlds most beautiful beaches. Our unit is located on the 14th floor overlooking the incredible Gulf of Mexico.

Once you have entered this beautifully decorated unit, you will be able to leave the stress and the outside world behind. Our unit is fully furnished with over the top amenities. It has been furnished with stainless steel appliances, full size micro fiber couch and love seat and very comfortable bedding.

The master suite has been appointed with a king sized bed with a plush mattress, gorgeous furniture and flat screen TV. We have kept our younger guest in mind as well. For those special guest, we have supplied very comfortable bunk beds with their own flat screen TV in each bunk as well as a queen size convertible sofa, allowing comfortable accommodations for up to six.

Other amenities include a fabulous furnished kitchen where you will find everything you should need during your stay, whether it may be a blender to make those frozen treats to be enjoyed by the pool or the beach.

Should you wish to prepare a gorgeous meal to be enjoyed in your private unit or on the balcony while watching some of the worlds most beautiful sunsets. You will find we have thought of everything. Your kitchen is fully stocked with the nicest of essentials. We have supplied it all.

This unit has been decorated and appointed for the most sophisticated guest. We have even included washer and dryer, vacuum, iron and ironing board for your convenience. You truly need to bring only your toothbrush and bathing suite.

For those of us who need to keep in touch with the outside world, local and long distance calls are free. Don't forget to bring your computer, because we have also provided you with free full access to high speed internet.

While staying here you will want to escape to your private balcony where you may spend your mornings sipping coffee while listening to seagulls and occasionally spotting dolphins playing in the distance. The balcony overlooks two magnificent gulf-side pools (one heated seasonally) and a hot tub.

After a relaxing day either pool side or on the beach, just walk next door to Schooners for great food and entertainment. Enjoy the ocean breeze as you dine on local seafood while listening to great music. This is truly a vacation paradise.


This resort is located on Thomas Drive and fronts 200 feet of pristine white beaches. Additional amenities include: A fitness Center, meeting facilities and covered parking.

Seychelles is Excellent

Everything was a described easy booking and check-in everything you need was there ,also we carried our on chairs to sit close to the water since we have a 10yr grandson with us but they had nice chairs and umbrella under the bunkbeds for you to use we have stayed at Seychelles for 7 yrs this is a nice unit rented by the owners not management company will stay in the unit again on 14th floor plus each bunk has it on smart tv Thanks for sharing you beach home with us. My only suggestion would be add 2 more chairs on the balcony , so family could sit out together we used 1 of our beach chair for grandson to sit with us. AAAA++++ Unit. Thanks again.

We had a great stay here. Love the location on the quiet end of PCB . We are long time summer vacationers at PCB and have stayed at a lot of places. Cleanest place I’ve encounter so far. I appreciated the clean floors! Also, very nice decor, and the master bed was comfortable for my back! Recommend renting from this owner

Great location!

This property is in a great location. Located right beside schooners. It’s on the east side so it seems to be less crowded and more family oriented. It’s walking distance to several restaurants and stores. The condo has comfortable beds and everything you need in the kitchen. We usually come to PCB 1-2 times a year, this was the best one bedroom condo we’ve stayed in. We had a great week. It was fall break so there were lots of people but we never had to wait more than a minute for an elevator! We’ve stayed at some properties that you can’t get one for 30 min!

What a wonderful view from this 14th floor Seychelles condo. The condo had most everything we needed to enjoy our week long vacation. The owners were quick to respond with answers to inquiries. Wonderful condo and resort

This condo was one of the best we have ever stayed in. You could tell the owners use it themselves because it was so well done and had everything we needed. The owner was fantastic to work with. Seychelles is bar far the best resort in Panama City Beach in the best location.

Good stay!

Check in/out was easiest I’ve ever experienced. Elevators were fantastically fast, clean and big! The condo itself was very humid. There was, luckily a de-humidifier that we figured how to use around day 3. Gosh! It made such a difference (pulled around 4 gallons of water out of the air every day) so if you stay, use it! It’s a little loud though. The floors were not clean. My feet were black if I went barefoot. Everything worked just great and the kitchen had everything we needed. Bathrooms, showers, toilets, etc. were perfectly fine! The bed in MB was delicious! Pillows, not so much (so bring your own!) Bunk mattress was awful. Couches could use a good cleaning. All in all it was a good trip.

I grew up in and on Panama City Beach. I am a native. I truly love the Gulf of Mexico and all it has to offer. As our work sometime does, mine took me away from from the beach I so enjoyed. It took me to Fort Lauderdale Florida, but Panama City never left my heart. As our children grew up, my wife (from the mid-west) and I continued to bring them back to my home town. They, as the both of us enjoyed the beach and all the area has to offer so much, we just had to purchase our piece of paradise. Our family, although only minutes away from the Atlantic Ocean, travel back to our piece of paradise (Panama City Beach) much more often than we visit our local beach.

Why they chose this property

My wife and I choose the Seychelles Resort for many reasons, but one of the most important was the location. It is on the quite end of the beach. No hustle and bustle, no fighting the crowds, St Andrews State Park is only a short walk or run away, We are minutes from some of the worlds best fishing, Shell Island is only a short boat ride away. Take the boat and play with the wild dolphin.

To top it off, we are next door to the last local beach club Scooner's.

What makes this property unique

This Resort is large enough to offer great amenities and small enough that one does not feel over whelmed by the crowds and noise that is associated with the mega resorts. Everything is just so close and convenient, great fishing, golfing, para sailing, water parks, jet skiing, go carts, putt putt golf, Pontoon Boat rentals, you name it, It is at your fingertips.
