Comfortable and family friendly end unit located on the 4th floor of Amelia Surf and Racquet Club provides you with superb views of the ocean and easy access to the beach and pool. This lovely unit has new LVP floors in the living and bedroom areas and tile floors in the kitchen and baths. The kitchen is superbly outfitted for your cooking needs. The baths have been refreshed this spring. The living area has great recliners for you to relax and watch the waves through the brand new windows and sliding door. There are three televisions featuring expanded cable channels. There is Wi-Fi Internet Access, a washer and dryer and so much more. The main bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has two full beds.

This is ocean front living at its best! This exclusive gated community offers four tennis courts and two pools for your enjoyment. It is located just steps away from the world class Ritz Carlton along the beautiful tree-line canopied road off of A1A in Amelia Island Florida - one of the world's premier vacation spots. There are other properties available on the island, but none better than Surf & Racquet. Exclusive without being pretentious--simple, yet sophisticated. This complex and this condo will capture your heart and you'll find yourself finding opportunities to return. Our guests compliment us on our comfortable set up with a recliner for him and her.
