Beautiful modern kitchen opens up to a large dining room which flows into a two story family room with a wall of glass with views down to the lake. There is a spacious deck on the main level for outdoor dining and propane grilling. Stairs lead down from the deck to the lake. At the waters edge is a dock which will accommodate up to a 20 foot boat during daily use. If you bring a boat there is an excellent state boat launch on the lake and a full service marina. The marina rents boats and paddle boards and has fuel and other supplies. The town of Belgrade is a short boat ride with docks available for quick trips or a short car ride. Belgrade Golf Club is recognized as Maine's premier golf course and is a short drive away. Of course, the peace of Great Pond is at your front door.
