We welcome you to this recently remodeled cozy studio apartment is nestled in the heart of Birch Bay. Only a short walk from the Birch Bay C-shop which is a popular stop for homemade candy, ice cream and other goodies. The Farmers Market and Bike Rental shops are also only blocks away. Although a little further but still walking distance you will find restaurants, brew pub, coffee shops and some shopping not to mention clam digging and beach combing.

This little studio is tastefully decorated and provides many comforts of home and serves for the perfect quiet getaway location for 2. Enter the property from the deck and you are in a tastefully decorated bedroom area with a queen size bed. There is a small kitchenette off the bedroom area that has what you need to prepare your morning coffee or prepare your picnic and your meals. For your enjoyment both the bedroom and kitchenette areas have TV's along with complimentary WIFI. The bathroom is off the bedroom with a shower, and walk through the bathroom to your own laundry area with a full sized washer and dryer. There is a lovely sitting area on the deck perfect for your morning coffee or an early dinner before walking crossed the street to catch one of Birch Bay's amazing sunsets.
This property is very clean and is the perfect location for a couple's weekend or a quiet get away for one. Close to everything that makes Birch Bay so special yet a peaceful location.

This was a cute little place to stay. It is pretty small especially the shower. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. This place met our needs even though the quarters were tight. After all you are in Birch Bay. Literally seconds away from the beach and other activities. You're not there to hang out in the house. You're there to play outside. Thank you to the host!

This place is amazing! So clean, quiet and adorable! We'll definitely stay here again. Property manager was great and we were able to check in early after 3 hours of traffic to get here. Bed is comfortable and everything is so nice, it's REALLY cute and has everything you need. We loved it!

Super cute. modern and comfy studio with separate kitchenette/sofa, bathroom and laundry room. Well stocked soap, lotion, shampoo, towels, coffee pods (Keurig) and sugar/creamer/salt/pepper etc. 2 brand new TV's, we streamed from phone to watch SNL. Walking distance to Beach Cat, Bay Breeze etc. Outdoor deck with 4-seat patio table. Everything looks brand new and either never used or barely used so I suspect this is a new remodel of an ADU/MIL unit and they did an amazing job. 5 stars and would absolutely stay here again.
