The host is excellent with communication. The home appears to be recently renovated with firm, comfortable beds. It is well maintained and clean. The home sits on a spacious lot with beautiful live oaks out front.

This house worked very well for my family's stay in dade city. We enjoyed the firepit in the backyard where there was plenty of space for the kids to run around. And we had 4 comfy and clean beds to sleep in when it was time to call it a night. The house is in process of updates, and the kitchen needs some additional amenities, but it did not hinder our stay.
