Well maintained private ground level condo with patio, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the condo is close to everything.
This condo is available for minimum 3 month stays. Perfect for business travelers, traveling nurses, relocation assignments and everything in between. The condo is close to Holy Cross Hospital (Germantown campus), Shady Grove Adventist Hospital, Government Agencies (NIST, Department of Energy), and various companies across DC/Rockville/Frederick).
The condo is near shopping outlets, restaurants, hiking/jogging/walking trails.
The condo is comfortably furnished, spacious and a bright place to stay. The master bedroom has a queen bed, plenty of storage, walk-in closet, and flat-screen TV. The 2nd bedroom has a twin bed with a hide-a-way trundle bed, a night stand, and full closet. Basic amenities such as linens and towels are supplied. The kitchen has full size refrigerator, oven/cooktop, dishwasher and microwave and includes all the cookware you should need.
The living room has a queen size sofa bed, a flat-screen TV with Comcast cable service and a wood burning fireplace. Secure Wifi is also included and you will be able to log on as soon as you check-in.
The condo is equipped with a full sized washer and dryer. There is also a desk in the master bedroom in case travelers want to work/study/plan while staying with us.
The cleaning fee paid for with the reservation is for checkout to prepare for the next guests. Periodic cleaning of the condo is required during your stay.

There is plenty of unassigned parking right outside of the building. You will need to climb a set of stairs to get to the condo from the parking lot.

Hi! I am a mom with two small children and one on the way and a family dog. My family and I love to go RV camping and do anything outdoorsy. I grew up in Gaithersburg, MD so I know the area well. I left for awhile to go to college at the University of Miami. After staying in Miami for 10 years, I decided I missed the 4 seasons. I was only moving back to MD until I decided where I wanted to ultimately move, but then I bought a house, got married, had kids and the rest is history. I have always loved the idea of owning real estate and turned my first home into a rental property. Since then, I have dabbled a little in the Airbnb market and have loved meeting my new guests and telling them about places to explore in my hometown. As a host, my style is to leave you be and let you enjoy your stay, but I am only a phone call away with any questions or recommendations you might have/need. I hope you decide to be my guest!
