Guests have full access to the home and the entire 1.5-acre fully fenced property. The cabin features keyless self-entry for convenient, contactless check-in. Security cameras are located at the entry and parking area for peace of mind.

Other things to note
AWD vehicle recommended. The home is located on a dirt road that can become slick or muddy in rain or snow.

Fire restrictions apply. Guests are responsible for checking local fire danger levels before using the fire pit or grill. You will lose your reservation with no refund if you do not follow the local fire restrictions. County info is Coconino County

Pet-friendly. Additional charges may apply. Please be a responsible pet owner and pick up after your pet. Pets are not allowed on the bedding. You will be charged extra if there is excess hair for additional cleaning. We provide pet blankets for the couch.

Wildlife sightings common. Possible sightings could be deer, elk, rabbits, and more—please respect the natural environment.

No smoking or vaping inside or near the home. Strict cleaning fees apply for violations.
