Enjoy your stay in this newly renovated unit that’s 4 blocks to the beach and just around the corner from many restaurants and activities!

This 3BR, 2BA unit sleeps 6 and has WiFi, central AC, laundry in-unit, dining for 6, full kitchen, living room and a covered front porch with plenty of seating, driveway parking and a fenced area! The open layout feels spacious and offers a fun space for your family and friends to spend time together at the Jersey Shore!

Park in the newly paved driveway and walk all the way up the front steps to the top level to the fabulous covered front porch and the entry to the unit. The front porch includes plenty of comfy outdoor seating for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. A gate is provided for those who would like to secure the space, for young children or dogs, from the front steps.

Enter through the bright and cozy living room with comfortable sectional seating and a SMART TV where your family can chill out for movies and play games at the end of a great beach day. The adjacent dining room, with a table for 6, is a wonderful place to enjoy meals together and maybe even a big puzzle or two!

On the right, there are two bedrooms - one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds - wardrobe storage and hooks. These rooms share a full bathroom that’s accessed off of the central living/dining space and directly from the queen bedroom. The king-sized bedroom at the back has an en-suite full bathroom of its own and also includes wardrobe and dresser storage and plenty of hooks. This unit is perfect for hosting a large family!

The kitchen is located in the middle of the unit. The adjacent workspace at the back offers direct access to the fully enclosed fenced side yard by way of a small deck and set of stairs so that you can easily let Fido out for a potty break.

The washer and dryer are located in the storage closet adjacent to the workspace.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Pickup any pet waste from yard and place in garbage.
Leave beach tags on kitchen counter.
Leave bedding on beds - the cleaners will remove.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Driveway parking is guaranteed for (1) vehicle. The other tenant is also guaranteed (1) driveway spot. Park on right side of driveway in btwn lines.
Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am. Please be respectful of other tenants and our neighbors :). Host will monitor noise level as required.
Beach gear must always be kept within fenced area or up on front porch. Grill must be used away from house and fully extinguished if unattended.

Golf Vacation

We booked our stay for a golf weekend and were very happy with how nicely everything worked out. The host was a great communicator and extremely easy to chat with. The place was clean, comfortable and met all our needs. We definitely stay here again!

I moved to Ventnor City, NJ in 2020 and absolutely LOVE living here year-round in this beautiful community by the beach. There is so much to offer, from restaurants and local shops to casinos and concerts, all within 10-15 mins and alongside the beautiful Jersey Shore!

I’m excited to host guests in my newly renovated duplex! I enjoy providing a comfortable and memorable experience for anyone who comes to stay and am living nearby and available to address any guest concerns immediately.

Over the years, I’ve come to appreciate having cute, clean and cozy accommodation options for my family AND pets and understand that these can be hard to come by. With that said, I’m happy to provide just that for others who like to travel with their fur babies and appreciate a clean and comfortable pet-friendly rental.

Ventnor Heights is a great neighborhood with the best summer vibes. Most people walk or bike over the Dorset bridge to go to the beach and we have everything you need in terms of ice cream, restaurants, liquor and grocery stores!

What makes this property unique

My property has a fabulous front porch where you can sit up high and watch all the action of the neighborhood. Sunrise skies are beautiful and the sunlight inside the condo makes it feel bright and cheery all day.
