Welcome to our modern and cozy retreat, nestled in the heart of the Pocono Mountains, just steps away from beautiful Lake Carobeth. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding woods and the soothing sounds of nature. Whether you're seeking family fun or a tranquil escape, our home is the perfect base for your Poconos getaway. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like heating, AC, WiFi, washer/dryer & dishwasher. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

Enjoy a meal outside on the deck by the grill with the whole family. Want to check out the lake? It's a one minute walk from our front door! Warm up afterwards and share some smores around our fire pit.

The cabin has 3 cozy bedrooms, each with comfortable bedding to ensure a good night's sleep. There are 2 full bathrooms, one is located next to the primary bedroom adjacent to an extra sleeping area in the loft.

We are family friendly and have a folding high chair & collapsable pack n play playpen in the first floor bedroom closet for your convenience.

Guests will be able to use our whole home, deck, firepit and yard.
There is plenty of parking in the driveway. You will be receiving a door code the day before your travel. It is a unique code that will only activate at time of check in.

*For lake fishing: You need a fishing license to fish in any lake in PA. Security and Game commission does show up so make sure you are in compliance.

To access our cozy retreat, a tenant registration form and waiver is needed prior to your arrival. By booking our home, you agree to comply with this requirement. Host will have the right to cancel your booking within 24 hours from stay date if this requirement is not fulfilled.

We will be remote but reachable via vrbo messenger, text, or phone. Do not hesitate to reach out to us for anything during your stay!

We are located in a private gated community which requires you to fill out a guest registration form & lease agreement for security and/or emergency purposes. Guest registration form will ask for full names and ages of each guest in your party. It will also require vehicle and driver information including but not limited to license ID number for the main registrant and plate numbers for each vehicle entering the community. Names on submitted forms MUST match the legal ID of the person driving. These forms will need to be completed at least 3 days before check in.

Community amenities (weather permitting):
Beach/pool access: $12/day per person 3+ years old gets you access to all pools, lakes, mini golf, and canoes in the community.

We have ring cameras (doorbells) facing outwards for your safety. They record video outside on the deck, the front door, driveway, and the backyard.

We supply starter packs of paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent etc. After the starter pack is done, guest is responsible to supply their own.
We will also provide towels, soap, shampoo & conditioner.

The house is equipped with cooking ware such as pots pans, plates, utensils, filtered water pitcher, baking dishes, dishwasher, etc.
Grocery items guest are responsible for such as seasoning, flour, sugar etc.

NO SMOKING. We don't allow smoking anywhere on the property. Please do not book if you smoke. Any evidence that you have will result in a 150 dollar fee or more if damages or additional cleaning fees are incurred.

We do not supply life jackets.

If being rented for commercial photography, we require you to provide a certificate of insurance (COI) to us as part of our contract agreement with you.
