It’s less than a five minute walk to a lovely park with a bridge that crosses over the Willamette river directly to Valley River shopping Mall. You’re less than a five mile drive to beautiful downtown Eugene, Autzen Stadium and Hayward Fields.

A few feet from a beautiful park...love the bridge. Short walk to mall. Beautiful yard..super comfy. All it needs is a washer/dryer option for a longer stay. Great hosts too!

The property is very nice, in a safe and quiet neighborhood a half a block from a beautiful park and the Ruth Bascom Trail. We brought our bikes with us so the location was a big perk for us.The living and dining furnishings are comfortable and kitchen amenities are accommodating. The host, April, is quick to respond to inquiries and any issues.

The beautiful backyard was very nice; the house and furnishings nice, really liked the wall hangings, the nice fruit bowl was an extra I thought especially nice, lots of coffee pods, lots of towels, etc. We were a bit surprised that the co-host actually lived in an apartment in the attached garage. Lots of room for family to visit with us.

We originally from California and relocated to Eugene many years ago. We love to travel and enjoy life through the beauty of nature, meeting nice people and hanging out with family and friends.

Why they chose this property

Its in small cozy community centrally located in beautiful Eugene. Our home sits in a quiet cul-de-sac just three houses away
you will see a beautiful park that runs alongside the Willamette river with a bike path that runs through the city and into the next town Springfield. You can also walk or ride a bike over a foot bridge right into the shopping mall parking lot Valley River center. We are less than 3 miles away from downtown Eugene 5 miles away from beautiful U of O college campus, Autzen stadium and Hayward fields.
This home is so close to anything you might need or want to see on your visit.

The location is convenient to all the main sites in Eugene as well as I-5 and the Belt line for out town travel.
It’s quiet and cozy, easy to relax in with all surrounding beauty.
