We had an excellent stay at this property, the views are fantastic! Nearest beach access is just a short walk or drive down the hill. Clean and well maintained condo and a very responsive property management team!

Beautiful place with sweeping ocean views and a short walk to the Rio Del Mar beach. The host was amazing, clean, and updated property, and no fuss check in and check out process. Will look forward to come back here again!

It’s all about the view. Great location. BBQ was super clean and they had plenty of propane. Did I mention the view? You can see the whole of Monterey bay from Capitola to Monterey. From the property we saw many porpoises swimming back in their pods, seals, a sea otter and her baby playing, and a humpback whale. It was amazing!

This was one of the best R&R place my husband and I have experienced. The view is priceless!!! This home provided everything you need for a comfortable stay. The only thing I would recommend is an umbrella for the balcony table because the sun gets really hot and you don’t want to enjoy the view from inside the house. I 100 recommend staying here. It was sooooo hard to leave!!!!

This place had everything you needed. Shampoo, conditioner, soap. Fully stocked kitchen. It was nice to have two bedrooms and bathrooms. It was just hubby and I. We used the extra room for our suitcases and enjoyed having our own bathrooms. The sound of the ocean was amazing. The only thing that would be nice is some more comfortable furniture in the living room while we were watching the World Series. The communication was excellent.

We had a wonderful stay! The ocean view was incredible! Everything was as advertised. Rooms were clean, plenty of towels, construction below was not bothersome. This was our second stay. We highly recommend this accommodation.

You cannot go wrong with this location. We stayed three nights which is the optimal time to obtain true relaxation. We rarely left the condo because the ocean sounds and view were all we really needed. Communication was great.

The view was amazing. We saw whales, dolphins, and pelicans. We even saw a whale breach directly out front of the unit. We watched the beautiful sunset every night. The kitchen had everything we needed.

When booking the condo, per the website, construction was supposed to be complete. From 8-4 we had to listen to powers saws & power drills & hammers. Workers walked back in forth in front of condo so no privacy from 8-4. Also dust from the construction was causing itchy eyes & coughing. We never got to sit on the deck & enjoy morning coffee. The unit was clean & comfortable. Without the construction it would have been ideal.

All the rates on vrbo posted during construction reflect the discount. That’s why your rates were so drastically low for this unit. Luckily they don’t work every day, and never on weekends :)

Spectacular! I have rented at over 100 rentals, this is my favorite. The hosts answered every question at lightning speed, gave clear directions from arrival to departure. Except for the entry stairs and a couple of steps in the unit, it was all one level which was perfect for my 91 year old mother and uncommon in the area we were looking. Words cannot describe that ocean view and sound of waves even heard in the bedrooms. Clean, well-appointed. No negative anything. We will be back.

We were so happy with the property and it met all of our expectations. I was looking for a short vacation not too far from the Bay Area and my main goal was to find a property with a full oceanfront view and access to the beach. The pictures in this listing were absolutely accurate. The layout was perfect for our family of 4 and had all the amenities we needed. We made use of the full kitchen and living room spaces just to chill out and enjoy the sounds of the waves. The walk to the beach was very easy 5 minutes downhill. But keep that in mind when going back up.One thing that was a bit tough was the dedicated parking space for this particular unit. There was a construction crew utilizing half the parking area so it was a little tricky entering and leaving. I called the property contact to see if there was anything they could do and the next morning, the contractors opened up more space for us to park. Other than that, we would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.
