Orange beach retreat

We had a very easy check in and a great view of the ocean and the beach. We had a pleasant stay and you did not hear the neighbors next door at all. the positioning of the balconies did give you some privacy from the next door neighbors and gave you a better view of the surrounding area. Even had a great view from the backside of the condo on the main walk way.

Needs work.

Not very clean. Doritos under coffee table. Crumbs and dirt in between couch and chair cushions. Needs to be remodeled. Been going down to Orange Beach for 20 years. Rate as bottom of places we have stayed. Also needs plumbing work.

I understand that you found some Doritos under the coffee table, as well as crumbs and dirt in between the couch and chair cushions. It's important for accommodations to maintain a clean and tidy environment for our guests, and I can see how this would have been disappointing. In terms of the need for remodeling and plumbing work, I can appreciate that these are important aspects of any accommodation and can greatly impact the overall guest experience. I will reach out to the Management Team with your concerns in hopes that they take your feedback into account and make the necessary improvements to ensure that future guests have a more pleasant stay. Despite these issues, I'm happy to see that you have been going down to Orange Beach for 20 years and have had positive experiences in other places you have stayed. Beach front condo

We all thorough enjoyed our stay at Phoenix VII. The facility is very nice and accommodating. Our only concern were the slow draining tubs. The pool area was nice and big as well as clean. Access to the beach was convenient with plenty of hoses to wash off when returning. The lobby fans kept the walkway dry and safe. We really appreciated the baskets and carts upon arrival and departure. We would definitely stay there again.
