Very clean but there is no.wifi. previous occupancy had similar issue. I assume they will fix it but you might want to verify. Otherwise was very clean and comfortable
Great stay. Very good instructions along with video for entry. Clean and comfortable! Enjoyed our stay. Great Colombian coffee shop right downstairs to the right of the entrance.
Most everything was great in this apartment, except the air in the unit was a little stale and there was a slight odor. Opening the windows to get some air circulated was very helpful, although it was difficult to get the kitchen and bedroom windows open. I'd recommend cracking the living room and kitchen windows before guests arrive.
Clean comfortable space, friendly host, location was very convenient for our needs, with a short walk to the CTA. The only drawbacks were minor; there are no curtains-only blinds- which let in more morning light than we would have liked for sleeping in and there was minimal space in the bathroom for counter items and hanging up towels, travel kits ext.
The property evidently allows only cats while being listed as pet friendly. Because it was a last minute trip, I was unable to get a refund and find a place that would allow my dog, causing a fairly large logistics issue for me

Apologies for the not so good experience, Nate. We are addressing the issue moving forward. We thank you for your understanding.
Location was perfect. Kitchen was stocked with essentials. It was very loud outside. Good shopping a half mile away. We arrived 45 mins before check in and messaged to see if we could check in early. We were told “let me check with the cleaners” and never heard back. So we went up to the apartment 10 mins before check in and no cleaners in sight. The apartment didn’t even smell like cleaning products. Then we discovered the floor was disgusting. I had to get the vacuum out and try and clean a little before I could get settled. Went into the bathroom and again it was not “hotel quality” clean. Curly hairs all over the walls and floors. It was gross. The bed was comfy. Only had two cheap hotel pool towels provided for us for a 3 night stay so that was hard as well. There was a pet proof cover on the couch and we had no pets. Now for the WiFi. Good thing we have hot spots on our phone. The WiFi never connected for more than 5 mins. We got kicked off every time (tried at least 20 times over the 3 days). Christine was great with communication but couldn’t help us so we just used our personal hot spot. Overall the location made up for a lot of the shortcomings. Find a new cleaner. Whoever you used was having a bad day. My wife and I are very adaptable. We made it work. Another guest might not be so understanding.
