Ne vous fier pas au photo ,endroit qui a besoin d’un sérieux menage en profondeur,un bon coup peinture,le Dehors es sur la roche une table plein milieu pensez pas vous promener pied nu dans la cour arrière ,les lits ne sont pas confortable du tout et la literie de piètre qualité,2 des 4 chaise de cuisine sont briser, la voisine a 6 chiens je vous laisse deviner pour la tranquillité

Great place - would stay there again (but bring some towels of your own)

This is a well-kept, clean condo in a nice and secure complex. All you need to do is look at the map to see that this is not near Fremont or downtown - it is up on the northeast edge of the greater LV area. As we were attending a drag racing event at LVMS, this location worked great for us. It is only about 15 minutes to LVMS via the 215 almost-a-freeway beltway. The other tourist places (Fremont and downtown) are not that much further, via the diagonal cut of the 95. Although a tight fit, the two-car garage fit our two large-ish modern muscle cars. There is even a thoughtful "stop here!" parking aid that you can position for your second and subsequent foray into the garage. Reading previous reviews, we were prepared for finding amenities that were a little bit on the light side. We were pleasantly surprised on some counts. and not unduly disappointed by the few items not provided. "Sleeps 6" means three couples in 3 beds (2x queen and 1x king), but be prepared for "towels for 3" (as we were). Unlike some earlier reviews, we found plenty of cooking pots and pans and implements. Flatware for 3 or 4. Some coffee and filters. A microwave and blender, but no toaster. No propane for the backyard BBQ in either of the two tanks. I would guess that the stocking level for towels and flatware are by convention, but that the coffee and propane might have been the luck of the draw for our single stay. There is a Smith's, a liquor store, and various other strip mall establishments very close. We did not live a deprived weekend. Would definitely stay here again. You should consider doing so too, just not on the weekends that WE want the unit...

Great Area in North Las Vegas

A beautiful rental near parks, grocery store, places to eat. On the quiet side of Vegas to the North. Very close to Alliente Casino, movie theatre, etc. Steep stairs to bedrooms so not too good for the old and toddlers. Pool was about a block away or less, but not open as most outdoor pools open around the first part of April. Very few towels, silverware and some cooking items needed. Needed an extra blanket or two would be nice. But clean and comfortable non the less. Thank you for hosting us!

Beautiful and comfortable but lacking basics

Gorgeous property. Very clean with comfortable furniture with plenty of room for the three of us. It is a long 25-30 minute drive to the strip but in a nice location with a wonderful grocery store just a half mile away (Smiths). For us it was great to stay away from the downtown but if the Strip is why you are going, I would recommend staying somewhere closer. I would have given this property a 5 star but it lacks basics. There was NOTHING that could go in the oven. No toaster. Only 3 bath towels. No oven mitts. No dish towels. No mixing bowls. Other reviews state the same thing but it has not been fixed. It is nothing that $100 couldn't fix!

Overall the property was even better in person. Location was great it was gated and I felt safe.

The property was gated. It accommodated me and my 6 guest perfectly they loved it as well. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Vegas. It was about 15 mins away from the strip. Only thing That was missing was condiments. We wanted to make breakfast and it was nothing there to use what so ever .. I've stayed in other properties where they atleast had coffee and sugar available for you to use. But I still enjoyed my stay and liked the property.

Had a great time!

It is a beautiful and clean condo located in a very nice quiet residential neighborhood. It was exactly as advertised on the HomeAway website. It is about a 25 minute drive away from the Strip and Fremont depending on traffic which was fine with us since we were in town to visit family. It comfortably accommodates the 4 adults the space is designed to hold. If you are planning to cook meals just beware the kitchen equipment is very basic. There are no mixing or serving bowls, baking sheet, etc. We would definitely stay there again.

This town house was very clean and nicely decorated, Its located in a nice neighborhood

I loved everything about this townhouse , it was nice to get away from the strip and stay in a quite neighborhood . I loved the way it was decorated , it's also very clean and has everything you need to feel at home . We truly enjoyed our stay and plan on staying here when we go to Vegas . So enjoyable and relaxing .
