This small apartment worked well for our week in Richmond. The location in Carytown was convenient, and the area was quiet, with a view of trees out the window. Kitchen was well equipped. The only difficulty we faced was locating the parking spot, as it was not numbered. There is no table for dining, though photos do not show one.
